Minimum quantities and quantity increments depend on the product. Published products show their rules on the product page and quote list. For a new product or custom production, describe your requirements in your quote request.

Add the products you are interested in to your quote list, set the quantities and answer a few questions on the form. You can also request a quote without selecting products, simply by describing what you need.

Once your request reaches us, our team gets in touch with you. As soon as the product, quantity and packaging are clear, we send the priced quote to your inbox as a PDF.

The link in the quote e-mail opens a page created for you. There you can view the quote, download it as a PDF, and approve or decline it with a note.

The quote you approve becomes an order and we send you a tracking link. You can follow production, readiness and shipment from that page.

Fill in the sample request form with the product, quantity and your target market. We review the request and plan the sampling process together.

Branded packaging and corporate presentation options are evaluated per product, quantity and target date. Simply tick the “branded / personalised product” option in your request.

Yes. In our private label process we work on recipe development, production with an existing recipe, weights and packaging options together. Use the form on the private label page for details.

Depending on the product we evaluate boxes, carton packaging and bespoke presentation alternatives. Tell us the presentation you have in mind in your request and we will review the options with you.

Every product page lists ingredients, allergen information and storage conditions. If you need detailed technical information, you can request it from our team.

Chocolate should be kept away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry and odour-free place. Product-specific storage conditions are stated on each product page.

Lead time depends on the product, the quantity and the packaging option. The exact time for your order is stated in writing on the quote.

Payment terms are stated clearly on the quote and agreed before the order. For corporate orders, invoice and shipping details are shared at the order stage.

Share the product, target market, estimated volume and delivery expectation. We then define the delivery terms, labelling requirements and shipment plan together.

The language and label information required by the destination market are handled within the project; multilingual packaging and labelling is part of our private label process.
